| Some people are focusing on dealing with home-sharing or Ｍinpaku. However, I think Ｍinpaku will not thrive in Japan due to harsh regulations on Ｍinpaku and apartment owners’ limited profits.
First, recently, some troubles on Ｍinpaku have occurred in Japan. including tenants being involved murder. So, Japanese government has enforced strict regulations against Ｍinpaku. For example, apartment owners have to register as the member of Ｍinpaku to the government. Actually, the number of this registering is not increasing very much. Second, the profits from Ｍinpaku is not so much for owners. For instance, it is only for 180 days for tenants to take advantage of Ｍinpaku. The operation of Ｍinpaku takes costs, like cleaning fees. There is in case where the costs with a tenant outnumbers the profits from one. Therefore, apartment owners may not consider about the introduction of Ｍinpaku. For these reasons mentioned above, I believe Ｍinpaku will not flourish in Japan. |

すごくよく書けているな～と思いました。書いた欲しかった内容がほぼ網羅されています。
トピックに反対の立場で、
理由１：トラブル防止のため、規制強化で登録制になったため、参入ハードルが上がった
理由２：意外に儲からない。年間180日縛りのせいで、コストがかかるだけかも？
と、お手本のような流れになっています。ボキャ、文法の細かいところをちょこちょこっと直させていただきますね。
「思う」の否定文は先にもってくる
Introductionで、「わたしは民泊が盛んにならないと思います」と書かれていますが、ここは、thinkの方を否定文にする方が自然です。まず、賛成か反対かを先に明確にするのが英語のルールなので、I do not thinkにしましょう！

troubleは不可算名詞
第2パラグラフ（Body1)で、民泊がらみのトラブルについて書いてくださっています。
some troublesとありますが、troubleは基本的に不可算名詞なので複数形になりません。（ただし、個別のトラブルについていう時は可算扱いにもできるので完全な間違いではありません）
面白いことに、同じような意味なのに、problemは可算名詞なのです。なので、problemとtroubleをまとめて覚えておくと間違いにくいですね。
trouble 不可算（I knew you were trouble なんてヒットソングもありますね）
problem 可算（I have too many problems! わたしのこと？）
民泊の部屋で殺人事件が起こったことがありましたね（たしか大阪）。ですので、crimesやaccidentsを使うと、犯罪・事件のニュアンスがより出るかもしれません。
outnumberは数 outweighは量
第3パラグラフ（Body2）で、民泊をしてもオーナーはそんなに儲からない、という理由が書かれています。これはすごく説得力のある良い理由です。
そして、コストが利益を上回ってしまうかもしれない、という例を書いてくれています。そこでoutnumberという動詞が使われているのですが、これはnumberがついていることからもわかるように、数が上回る時に使います。例：Supporters outnumber opponents.（支持者が反対者を上回る）
しかし、コストも利益も数ではなく量なので、ここでは量を比較するoutweighの方が自然でしょう。
躊躇する、考え直す、などを表す英語表現
そして、コストがかかるわりに儲からないから、オーナーが民泊導入を躊躇するという意味でTherefore, apartment owners may not consider about the introduction of Ｍinpaku.
につながると読み取れますが、この最後の書き方がややあいまい。
躊躇するという意味であれば、hesitateやbe reluctant to do などが使えます。
People hesitate start the home-sharing business.
People are reluctant to start the home-sharing business.
また、考え直すという意味では、have second thoughts という表現もあります。
The owners might have second thoughts about their home-sharing business.
以上の点を踏まえまして、添削したものがこちらです。
