| I agree with the opinion that school rules are necessary. I have two reasons why I think so. First of all, school is the place to study or exercise with their fellow students. So, they should not be distracted by make-up and fashions but also concentrate their attention on their work. Secondly, the existence of school rules is prevent students from dangerous situations. For example, riding a motorcycle is strictly dangerous for high school students. Because they are not used to ride them. For these reasons, I think that school rules are neccesary for students. 内容と流れはＯＫです。文法の小さな間違いがありましたので、下に解説します。
接続詞 because の使い方に注意
becauseの使い方が少し気になりました。
3パラグラフ目の最後（下から３行目）に、バイク通学禁止の理由として

の一文がありますが、作文の中でbecauseをこのよう単独で使うのは間違いです。
becauseは接続詞なので、文と文をつなぐ形で使わなければなりません。（会話ならbecause単独もOKですが。）以下のように修正しましょう。
| × For example, riding a motorcycle is strictly dangerous for high school students. Because they are not used to ride them. ↓ 〇 For example, riding a motorcycle is strictly dangerous for high school students because they are not used to ride them. |
be used to -ing,と used to do
もう1点残念なミスは、 be used to -ingとused toです。
Because they are not used to ride them.
この部分は、「学生はバイクに乗り慣れていないから」という意味ですが、その場合はtoの後ろが-ingになります。

used to doは過去のことを振り返る表現
used toとbe used toは形が似ているので、よく間違う文法項目のひとつです。
| I used to be a popular singer. かつて人気歌手だった（が今は違う） I didn’t use to eat vegetables. 昔は野菜は食べなかった（が今は違う） |
be used to -ingとused to do は形が似ているので間違いやすいですね。みんなが間違いやすいところは目立つので、本番で正しく書けるように練習しておきましょう。
